Terms of Service:	Asset Tracking Anywhere Terms of Service Clover Point Cartographics Ltd. (CPC) is a limited company registered in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. CPC is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in this data product. CPC is licensed by the Province of British Columbia, Intellectual Property Branch, to reproduce, repackage and distribute the hardcopy and Electronic Data (hereinafter referred to as "The Product"). This is a limited use license agreement. In consideration of your payment of the requisite fee, you or your organization, as the case may be (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the licensee"), are granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use The Product for information purposes subject to the following terms and conditions: CPC and/or the Province are the owners of all intellectual property rights, includingCopyright, in the product. This is a license to use the current edition of The Product, as supplied, and is not a sale of any, or all, of the rights of the owners. The Product supplied may only be used by you personally, or by one user in your organization, on a single computer workstation, at any one time. If you require concurrent use by additional users, or wish to store this product in any electronic network for use by more than one user, you must obtain an appropriate multi-user license from CPC. No part of The Product shall be copied, sold, rented, leased, lent, sublicensed or transferred to any other party or organization for any purpose. You may make one copy solely for back-up purposes, and you may install and use The Product on a separate computer provided that it is not used concurrently on the separate computer by any other person. You may not extract, adapt, or use any part of The Product to develop or derive any other electronic chart data or integrated software product for distribution or commercial sale, or for the provision of any navigational information service, without a separate license to do so. Third party software that may be bundled with The Product may be subject to separate license terms. Under no circumstances should this product be used for navigation. CPC warrants that The Product supplied represents the most up to date data at the time of manufacture, and makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. Except where prohibited by law, in no event will CPC be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or other similar damages, however caused, even if CPC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. CPC's maximum liability, and the licensee's sole remedy, in the event of delivery of damaged or defective media shall be to replace The Product, or to refund the amount paid for The Product. The Product contents are subject to change. Updates are not automatically issued for The Product. You are responsible to obtain any necessary updates as required. The laws of British Columbia and all the applicable laws of Canada shall apply to the interpretation of this License Agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of The Product complies with these terms, and to seek written permission from CPC for any uses not permitted or not specified in this Agreement. This Agreement is valid for a period of one (1) year and must be renewed annually thereafter by contacting CPC. This License Agreement will automatically terminate, without notice, if any terms herein are violated, in which case all use of The Product shall cease.
